currently i’m an assistant producer at new york public radio. i help produce the podcast nyc now.
previously i was a fellow at the national radio show marketplace finding human stories about life and money in economic data. i also worked on the kid’s podcast million bazillion.
before that i was a teaching assistant at the salt institute for documentary studies, produced narrative + news podcasts at abc news, and taught audre lorde-inspired radio workshops at wave farm and the library of congress.
i hosted a wnyu college radio show on revolutionary african music from 11pm-2am on wednesdays and wrote my senior thesis on radio as a third place.
